Test room for network analysis
The comprehensive performance of the cabling system is tested in the test room for network analysis, including the transmission performance of the balanced twisted-pair system and all kinds of performances of the optical cable system and optical components.
The transmission parameters of permanent links and channels in the twisted-pair system are tested strictly by reference with the requirements of ISO/IEC 11801-1, TIA-568.2-D standards and IEC 61935 series standards. The system configuration is not limited to the standard length of 90 meters or 100 meters, and the comprehensive performance of the system will be strictly verified under severe conditions such as multi-node, short distance, etc. In Zhaolong's test room for network analysis, each system solution must pass the most stringent test with 3-node 20-meter permanent link and 4-node 24-meter channel.
With the continuous development of Ethernet technology, the capability to test copper cable systems and components for Power over Ethernet (PoE) has been added in Zhaolong's test room for network analysis. Reference with the recommendations for the temperature rise of the copper cable system in ISO/IEC TR 29125 and TIA-184-A and the installation requirements for the cabling system in ISO/IEC 14763-1, the temperature rise of the cable under DC power supply is tested in accordance with IEC 61156-1-4 standards in Zhaolong's test room for network analysis. And the capability to resist instantaneous discharge for connector assemblies is verified in accordance with the IEC 60512-99-002 standards when connectors are carrying a maximum of 2 amps of DC current.
