Zhaolong Interconnect Successfully Holds "Work-Enjoy+" Artistic Floral Arrangement Training to Enrich Spiritual and Cultural Life of Female Employees

To enrich the spiritual and cultural life of female employees and enhance team cohesion, on May 17, Zhejiang Zhaolong Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd., with the support of the Xinshi Town Federation of Trade Unions and Xinshi Town Adult School, successfully carried out the "Work-Enjoy+" themed artistic flower arrangement training as part of the "New Heart to Heart · Four Seasons of Industrial Rhyme" series at the company's Engineering and Manufacturing Center. More than 30 female employees gathered together to create floral artworks, enjoying the fragrance of flowers, the charm of art, and the fun of fingertip creation.

The event invited a professional floral designer for on-site teaching, explaining flower arrangement techniques, flower material matching, pruning, and maintenance in detail. During the hands-on practice session, participants applied what they had learned to create works using flowers such as African daisies, orange roses, and eucalyptus leaves. Through adjusting layers and combining colors, they completed personalized floral arrangements.

The onsite works showcased diverse styles, with spiral structures demonstrating modern aesthetics and eucalyptus leaves adding a touch of natural charm. At the end of the event, more than 30 works bloomed on the wooden table, and female employees took group photos, filling the scene with joy and a sense of accomplishment.

"With busy work schedules, this event not only taught me flower arrangement skills but also helped me relax," said one female employee. Through an entertaining and educational format, the event conveyed the concept of "healthy work, happy life" and effectively relieved the female employees' stress.

This flower arrangement training, through artistic creation and team collaboration, not only allowed female employees to experience the diversity of cultural life in floral art but also deepened communication and tacit understanding among them during the shared creative process.
