Server External High-Speed Connectivity Solutions
Zhaolong passive Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cables support transmission rates ranging from 10G to 1.6T, compatible with multiple form factors including SFP and OSFP-XD. The 1.6T OSFP DAC adopts an 8×200G architecture featuring ultra-low latency, low power consumption and outstanding reliability. A comprehensive lineup of active cable solutions spanning 400G to 1.6T is also on display, supporting mainstream form factors such as QSFP and OSFP.

Server Internal High-Speed Connectivity Solutions
Our internal interconnect portfolio for AI servers includes MCIO, EDSFF, Multi-Trak and Cloud Card solutions compliant with PCIe 5.0/6.0 protocols. The EDSFF 1C/2C series meets the SFF-TA-1002 specification, ideal for high-speed interconnections between SSDs and motherboards. The MCIO series features 38/74/124/148-pin configurations to facilitate high-speed internal links between CPUs and GPUs as well as CPUs and storage modules.
PCIe 5.0/6.0/7.0 Cable Solutions
The PCIe DA-CAM design eliminates traditional PCB soldering processes to effectively reduce insertion loss. CDFP x16 and OSFP-XD DAC/AEC cables are optimized for high-speed interconnections between servers and accelerator cards.
Our self-developed Twin-Ax high-speed cable series covers the HSC-48 (PCIe 7.0), HSC-40 (112G PAM4) and HSC-32 (PCIe 5.0/6.0) product lines. These cables are available in groundless, single-ground and dual-ground structures with wire gauges ranging from 26 AWG to 32 AWG. The HSC-110 (448G PAM4) series is exhibited alongside real-time insertion loss test data, while the HSC-60 (224G PAM4) series has entered formal mass production.

LONGNEX® & LONGNET® Optical-Copper Hybrid Structured Cabling Solutions
Our optical-copper hybrid patch panel adopts a modular design with a front quick-release mechanism to simplify field installation and routine maintenance. Both flat and angled versions are available to accommodate diverse deployment scenarios.
The 1U 4-bay architecture enables flexible configuration of fiber or copper module assemblies, supporting up to 96 LC fiber cores or 24 copper ports to satisfy high-density optical-copper hybrid deployment demands.
The newly upgraded 32 AWG and 34 AWG ultra-slim patch cords boast outer diameters of only 2.9 mm and 2.6 mm respectively, which greatly improves cabinet space utilization and cuts overall deployment costs.
The MPO/MTP ultra-low-loss pre-terminated fiber cabling system delivers a maximum insertion loss of 0.2 dB. When paired with bend-insensitive optical fiber, it guarantees stable, low-loss signal transmission within high-density cabling environments.
LC-MPO and MPO-MPO fiber cassette modules are offered in 8/12/16/24-core specifications, enabling seamless network upgrades from 100G to 1.6T systems. Custom-length fiber patch cords are supported with standardized polarity management. Our innovative tool-free field polarity-reversible LC patch cords allow instant switching between A-B and B-A polarity on site to significantly boost construction efficiency.
10G Cabling System – Pre-emptive Bandwidth Provision for Local AI Deployments
This cabling system complies with the 10GBASE-T standard and delivers 500 MHz bandwidth to meet evolving high-speed networking requirements.
It supports PoE++ (90 W) power supply to operate high-power APs, smart display terminals and other edge devices.
Both shielded and unshielded variants are available to guarantee stable signal transmission. Slim-profile cables and ultra-fine patch cords help resolve cable congestion issues and streamline installation and maintenance workflows.
