01 External High-Speed Server Interconnect Products

Zhaolong’s Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cables span transmission rates from 10G up to 1.6T, supporting a full lineup of form factors: SFP, NGSFP, SFP-DD, QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, OSFP-RHS, OSFP-IHS and OSFP-XD to satisfy diversified system interconnection demands.

The 1.6T OSFP DAC adopts an 8×200G architecture, delivering low latency, low power draw and superior reliability as a robust copper interconnect option for next-generation AI data center deployments.

For long-reach applications with stringent signal integrity requirements, our active copper (ACC) products cover 400G~1.6T speed grades and are compatible with mainstream transceiver footprints including QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP, OSFP-RHS and OSFP-IHS.

A real-time Bit Error Rate (BER) testing demo of the 1.6T OSFP ACC runs continuously at our booth, delivering intuitive verification of the product’s outstanding link performance and field reliability.

02 Internal High-Speed Server Interconnect Solutions

  • Internal server wiring for new-gen AI data centers evolves toward higher density, wider bandwidth and minimized latency. Zhaolong exhibits MCIO, EDSFF, Multi-Trak and Cloud Card X16/X32 Plug internal cabling ranges fully optimized for PCIe 5.0/6.0 platforms to enable stable high-speed data throughput.

  • EDSFF 1C/2C complies with SFF-TA-1002, SFF-TA-1016 and SFF-TA-1035 specifications, designed for high-speed interconnect between EDSFF SSDs, motherboards and backplanes to facilitate dense storage rack deployment.

  • SFF-TA-1020 OCP compliant cables support 1C/2C/4C/4C+ configurations, enabling seamless high-speed links between NICs, GPU expansion cards and host motherboards.

  • The SFF-TA-1016 MCIO product line comes in 38/74/124/148 PIN options, ideal for CPU-to-GPU, CPU-to-storage and switch-to-accelerator on-board wiring.

PCIe 5.0 / 6.0 / 7.0 Cabling Portfolio

  • Our proprietary PCIe DA-CAM construction replaces conventional PCB soldering design by directly terminating conductors onto CEM terminals, effectively cutting insertion loss.

  • Custom riser assemblies such as PCIe X16 to 2×MCIO 8X and SFF-TA-1002 4C+ to 2×MCIO 8X enable flexible cross-format internal routing inside servers.

  • Breakout cables like MiniSAS HD 8x to 2×MiniSAS HD 4x are engineered for high-speed lane splitting applications.

  • PCIe-compliant CDFPx16 DAC/ACC and OSFP-XD DAC/ACC assemblies serve as reliable interconnects between host servers, accelerator modules and GPU expansion units.

Twin-Ax High-Speed Bulk & Finished Cables

  • Independently engineered in-house, Zhaolong’s Twin-Ax cables cover multiple high-speed standards: HSC-48 for PCIe 7.0, HSC-40 for 112G PAM4 Ethernet and HSC-32 for PCIe 5.0/6.0 applications.

  • Three construction variants are available: ungrounded, single-ground and dual-ground structures. Wire gauges range from 26 AWG to 32 AWG with customizable impedance, available as raw bulk wire or pre-terminated finished cable assemblies.

  • Our newly unveiled HSC-110 series supports 448G PAM8 modulation with 110 GHz rated bandwidth; insertion loss test reports are displayed alongside physical samples on-site. The HSC-60 range for 224G PAM4 signaling is now in mass production rollout.

Data Center Copper Cabling Solutions

01 CAT 5e/CAT6 Gigabit & 10-Gigabit Structured Cabling System

Our gigabit and 10G cabling systems hold ETL multi-node channel certification, well-suited for building infrastructure with PoE power delivery.

ETL-listed keystone jack modules support PoE++ (90W) high-power feeding to synchronize stable power supply and data transmission for end devices.

Built on modular structured architecture with front-access removable components, the system supports zoning management, standalone maintenance and mixed-spec compatibility to cover full-scale building cabling projects.

Our latest 32AWG & 34AWG ultra-thin patch cords shrink outer diameters down to 2.9 mm and 2.6 mm respectively, maximizing cabinet space utilization and lowering overall data center deployment expenses.

02 CAT 8 S/FTP Shielded Cabling System

Featuring dual-layer S/FTP shielding, Cat.8 cabling sustains consistent 40Gbps transmission up to 30 meters for low-latency direct switch-server connections. All cables adopt LSZH low-smoke zero-halogen jacketing to boost fire safety within data center premises.

Supplied as an all-in-one kit containing bulk cable, keystone modules and RJ45 connectors, the system meets ISO/IEC 11801-1 and TIA-568.2-D requirements for 25G/40GBASE-T operation. It delivers uniform performance and cross-product compatibility, perfect for high-performance computing (HPC) and mission-critical data center environments.

High-Density Low-Loss Fiber Optic Cabling Solutions

  • Our pre-terminated MPO/MTP cabling features maximum insertion loss capped at 0.2 dB paired with bend-tolerant fiber, guaranteeing low insertion loss, high return loss and robust signal performance under densely packed rack routing conditions.

  • LC-MPO and MPO-MPO cassette modules are stocked in 8/12/16/24-fiber variants, supporting seamless system upgrades from 100G, 400G, 800G through future 1.6T generations.

  • Custom-length fiber patch cords include full polarity management options; connector performance exceeds GR-326-CORE and GR-1435-CORE industry specifications. Our innovative field-reversible LC patch cords feature a flip mechanical design for tool-free on-site polarity conversion between A-B and B-A, drastically speeding up field installation and troubleshooting.

  • The fiber distribution frame adopts layered independent routing management with modular cable guides that can be detached or combined freely, allowing front & rear dual-side access to simplify field installation and ongoing maintenance.

  • The pull-out sliding fiber patch panel follows standard 1U rack dimensions compatible with mainstream industry cabinets. Its front-pull service design facilitates easy high-density fiber patching with comprehensive strain relief and cable protection, built with eco-friendly materials for stable field mounting.
