The Luckin Coffee Qingdao Innovation Production Center project represents a total investment of approximately 3 billion yuan, with an annual roasting capacity exceeding 55,000 tons. It serves as a strategic anchor in Luckin's national supply chain layout, a landmark achievement within Qingdao's "10+1" innovative industrial system for modern light industry, and signifies a major breakthrough in the intelligent and green development of China's coffee industry.
With the Qingdao production center operational, Luckin will establish a coordinated baking supply matrix across Qingdao, Pingnan, Kunshan, and Xiamen (under construction), with a total projected capacity surpassing 155,000 tons, setting a new record for baking capacity in the Chinese coffee industry.
High-Reliability Cabling Supports High-Standard Smart Factories
In a highly automated and digital smart factory, a stable, high-speed, and secure data network is the cornerstone for seamless production process coordination and real-time management system response. As a smart factory, the Luckin Coffee Qingdao Innovation Production Center is equipped with an 18,000-square-meter constant temperature and humidity storage space, world-leading super single roasting machines, and inner packaging machines with leading single-unit capacity in Asia. It utilizes advanced information systems like MES/WMS to achieve full-process digital control from raw bean intake to finished product dispatch. The project also adheres to the stringent dual standards of China Green Building Three-Star and LEED Platinum certification.
Given the production center's large scale, numerous devices, and the considerable length of copper cable required for the cabling system deployment, ensuring the safe and stable operation of management systems was paramount. Based on the principle of meeting design requirements with appropriate forward-looking planning, Zhaolong Interconnect recommended the project fully adopt the Zhaolong S-Series Class E Low Smoke Zero Halogen (IEC 60332-1) Cabling System. This system meets the project's requirements for high speed, high security, high reliability, scalability, and PoE support.

Possesses excellent TCL and ELTCTL indicators, with strong anti-interference capability, ensuring stable and reliable signal transmission in complex environments.
Cable flame retardancy complies with IEC 60332-1, and low smoke zero halogen properties comply with IEC 60754-2 and IEC 61034-1, meeting stringent safety requirements.
