This system undertakes internal power transmission for core robotic components including joint motors, controllers and various executive units. It needs to balance high current-carrying capacity, superior insulation reliability, wide temperature tolerance and mechanical flexibility for dynamic routing in complex operating scenarios.
Our product lineup covers mainstream wire gauges such as 8AWG, 12AWG and 16AWG, supporting targeted selection according to actual current levels, installation space and routing paths. We also offer three mainstream insulation materials to match diverse operating environments:
FEP insulation features excellent high-temperature resistance up to 200°C, ideal for connection positions requiring extreme temperature tolerance, reliable insulation and compact spatial adaptability. XLPE insulation withstands temperatures up to 125°C with balanced and stable overall performance, perfectly suited for conventional robot power supply circuits. ETFE-insulated lightweight electronic wires are designed for space-constrained internal scenarios, covering small-current power supply, equipment control and auxiliary connection needs.
For instance, our 8AWG XLPE-insulated power cable supports a 60A current load, providing a reliable selection reference for high-current circuits in 48V robotic systems. This hierarchical and material-targeted selection framework delivers clear, stable and highly adaptable power connection solutions for diverse robotic equipment.
Zhaolong 16AWG FEP Electronic Wire
Data and signal connection systems are responsible for transmitting internal control commands, sensor feedback data, visual information and real-time communication signals. These scenarios demand high bandwidth, ultra-low latency, strong anti-interference performance, complete signal integrity and durable dynamic mechanical performance. Zhaolong provides professional connection products for core robotic positions including main controllers, joint modules, sensors, vision units and end-effectors.
We supply industrial Ethernet cables and components covering CAT 5e (Enhanced Category 5) and CAT 6A (Augmented Category 6) standards, balancing slim diameter, high flexibility and dynamic mechanical resistance. Our ultra-slim CAT 5e products feature a minimum outer diameter of approximately 2.2mm, adapting to ultra-compact internal wiring spaces of robots. The high-flexibility CAT 5e series adopts premium TPU flexible sheathing, capable of withstanding millions of cycles of dynamic drag chain movement, torsion and bending, perfectly matching high-frequency motion scenarios such as robotic arms and movable joints.
