01 Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB)

MVB is a fieldbus for intra-consist data communication, enabling real-time transmission of time-critical control signals. It is specially designed for real-time control data exchange in the vehicle-level TCMS (Train Control and Management System). The technology is standardized by the IEC in IEC 61375, with further specifications provided by the International Union of Railways in UIC Leaflet 556.

02 Wire Train Bus (WTB)

WTB is a fieldbus dedicated to data communication between railway vehicles, used to establish train-level networks for temporary train consists. It transmits critical train-level control commands and status information in real time. Its key feature is “plug-and-play” self-configuration: when the train consist changes, it automatically identifies the vehicle topology and reconfigures the network to maintain uninterrupted communication.

03 Controller Area Network Bus (CANBus)
CANBus is a widely used fieldbus for communication among embedded systems inside vehicles, ideal for reliable real-time control between devices. In rail transit, CANBus often complements the vehicle bus, connecting subsystems that demand high real-time performance but relatively low data volume. It uses a multi-master serial communication mode with excellent error detection and handling capabilities, supporting data rates up to 1 Mbit/s.
