3. High-Dynamic Signal Connection
High-dynamic signal cables are used to transmit control and feedback signals on robotic arms, legs, joint moving segments and routes subject to frequent bending and twisting. These areas experience long-term swinging, rotation and stretching, which set strict standards for cable flexibility, impedance stability and temperature resistance.
Zhaolong twisted-pair data cables are engineered for high-dynamic control and feedback links with tightly controlled differential impedance of 100±15 Ω, minimizing signal fluctuation risks during mechanical movement and adapting to various differential signal transmission scenarios. Rated for over 5 million torsion cycles, they are perfectly applicable to robot joints, manipulators, legs and other positions with frequent cyclic motion.
For wiring close to motors, drive units and other heat-generating components, cables adopt FEP high-temperature insulation construction with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 200°C, satisfying signal connection requirements in high-temperature environments.

4. Miniaturized Signal Connection
Miniaturized signal interconnects are mainly applied to internal wiring of dexterous hands, end effectors, miniature sensors and compact modules. Such locations feature extremely limited installation space that requires multi-channel signal transmission within tiny structures, imposing stringent requirements on cable outer diameter, weight, impedance accuracy and material stability.
Our micro-coaxial cable series covers ultra-fine wire gauges ranging from 39 AWG to 46 AWG, with the minimum outer diameter reaching 0.20 mm.
