Among them, the shielded cable has excellent resistance to external electromagnetic interference due to the strong protection of tinned copper braid shielding layer with high braid density.

Motion Control Cables’ Selection Principles
The selection of the motion control cables can be considered from the following principles:
Drag chain cycles. Cables should be selected according to the usage frequency and expected service life of equipment. For high-frequency running equipment such as high-speed automated production lines, cables that pass 3 million to 10 million or even higher cycles of drag chain tests should be selected to ensure stable operation of the equipment. In low-frequency occasions, cables with relatively lower numbers of cycles (such as 1 million - 3 million) can be chosen. At the same time, consideration should be given to equipment upgrades and changes in demand to leave some margin.
Oil-resistant. If there is oil pollution in the application scenario such as some areas of the machinery production line, the oil-resistant motion control cable shall be selected to prevent oil erosion and prolong service life.
Minimum bending radius. The smaller the bending radius is, the better the cable will adapt in a narrow space. However, if the bending radius is too small, it will affect the cable's service life. For internal cabling in equipment with limited space, cables with relatively small bending radii such as 4D (D = cable diameter) or even smaller may be chosen. In cases where frequent bending is required (such as equipment with conveyor belts), cables with excellent flexibility and appropriate bending radii should be selected.
Wide temperature range: suitable for -40 ℃ -- 80 ℃ (fixed application) and -5 ℃ -- 60 ℃ (mobile application) environment, to meet the needs of different working environments, some TPU sheathing cable can be used for dynamic application at -25℃ low temperature environment.
Small bending radius: The minimum bending radius is 4D (D = cable diameter) for fixed applications and 7.5D (D = cable diameter) for mobile applications, which can be flexibly bent in small spaces to further improve the flexibility of installation.
Support customization: the sheath is PVC or TPU, which can be customized according to the actual needs of clients.
